Bulk Carrier Import with CSV Files

< p > Save time by importing multiple carriers at once using CSV files.This guide covers everything you need to know about bulk importing carrier data.

< h2 > CSV Import Overview < p > The CSV import feature allows you to:

  • Import up to 500 carriers at once
  • < li > Include basic carrier information and insurance data < li > Automatically generate onboarding links < li > Skip carriers with errors while importing valid ones < h2 > Downloading the CSV Template < ol >
  • Go to your Dashboard
  • < li > Click "Import CSV" button < li > Download the template file < li > Open in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar < h2 > CSV File Format < h3 > Required Columns < ul >
  • Company Name: Legal business name of the carrier
  • < h3 > Optional Columns < ul >
  • DOT Number: Department of Transportation number
  • MC Number: Motor Carrier authority number
  • Email: Primary contact email address
  • Phone: Primary contact phone number
  • Insurance Expiration: Insurance policy expiration date
