Follow these steps to get CertiAlert up and running for your freight brokerage in under 10 minutes.
Create Your Account
- Visit certialert.com/register
- Enter your company name and email address
- Start with the Free tier (up to 10 carriers)
- Verify your email and complete your profile
💡 Tip: Use your business email for better deliverability of compliance alerts.
Add Your First Carriers
- Click "Add Carrier" from your dashboard
- Enter company name, contact info, and DOT number
- Add insurance and authority expiration dates
- Save and see real-time compliance status
✅ Status Colors: Green (>30 days), Yellow (7-30 days), Red (<7 days)
Upload Documents
- Generate onboarding links for self-service uploads
- Send links to carriers via email
- Or upload documents directly from carrier details
- Supported: PDFs, JPGs, PNGs up to 10MB

Configure Notifications
