How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password from the login page by clicking 'Forgot Password' and following the email instructions.

Can I import carriers from a spreadsheet?

Yes! Professional plan users can import carrier data via CSV. Contact support for assistance with the import process.

How do carrier onboarding links work?

Each carrier gets a unique upload link where they can submit documents directly. You'll be notified when new documents are uploaded.

What file formats are supported for documents?

We support PDF, JPG, and PNG files up to 10MB each. PDF is recommended for insurance certificates and official documents.

How are compliance statuses calculated?

Status is based on expiration dates: VALID (>30 days), WARNING (7-30 days), CRITICAL (1-7 days), EXPIRED (<0 days), MISSING (no docs).
