< li > Carrier is compliant for shipments
Automated reminders are sent to carriers

< li > Carrier can still be used for shipments
Urgent action required

< li > Use carrier cautiously for new shipments
< li > Have backup carriers ready
Carrier should not be used for new shipments

< li > Remove from active carrier list until renewed
